ARCTIC CIRCLE RACE 2011

Arctic Circle Race - ACR

Since 1998 there have been Arctic Circle Race (ACR) at the town of Sisimiut on Greenland's west coast. The race is categorized as one of the world's toughest ski race, with 160 km of cross country skiing spread over three days and two nights in a tent camp.

The film captures both the mood and the stunning scenery that surrounds the race.

While ACR is an international competition which annually attracts top athletes from around the world, there is also room for ordinary strong-willed ski enthusiasts and athletes who want to test themselves and their physical limits.
